Peanut Butter and Banana Fried Sandwich

So I made this version of Paula Dean's sandwich which is a version of Elvis's favorite sandwich. It was surprisingly really delicious. Well, why wouldn't it have been........it has sugar and butter and honey in it!
Ingredients

butter, softened
peanut butter
honey
cinnamon sugar
ripe bananas
bread

Spread peanut butter on both pieces of your bread. Then put your honey on top of that. Then slice your banana and layer as much as you want on one piece of bread. Put the other half on top. Spread butter on both sides of sandwich and fry in frying pan until golden brown.

For topping, combine the sugar and cinnamon in shallow plate. Coat the grilled sandwiches with the mixture. Cut diagonally and serve hot.

mmmmm....so good:)
