Meatballs

This is probably going to be one of the easiest recipes I have ever posted here. These are fantastic and always a crowd pleaser. I got the recipe from my MIL who got it from her daughter (my SIL).
Ingredients

bag of frozen meatballs
jar of grape jelly
bottle of barbeque sauce

Dump the grape jelly and bbq sauce into a blender and blend till smooth. Dump in crock-pot with meatballs and heat for at least 2 hours. Then put on warm until ready to serve.

Don't be like me and think you are too good for the blender. I thought I could just put the jelly and sauce into the crock-pot and use a whisk but it was still lumpy. I ended up having to dump it into the blender after all and it was way messier and I made my job harder. You can make as many or as little as you want. I would just keep the jelly to sauce ratio about even and you'd be fine. And all you need is enough sauce to slightly cover the meatballs.

I want to try making my own meatballs sometime. I have plans to so be looking for that recipe.............. maybe soon.......maybe not? You can use these as an appetizer or serve over rice with some veggies on the side and make it into a dinner.

OH, and one more story about these meatballs: When I was at my parent's house we wanted to try them out but my mom didn't have any grape jelly. We found some blackberry jelly and used that but it wasn't enough so then she found some other weird flavor and we used that (I think it was blackberry blueberry or maybe boysenberry?). Anyway, they turned out so good. So that tells me it doesn't really matter what you use exactly. As long as it is close enough:)
