Green and White Pasta
Here's another pasta dish I made up. I was searching in my cupboards and freezer and this is what I found. I hate writing out recipes so just ask if you have any questions since I don't give very much detail. And the amounts are all guesses. I don't measure anything. I was worried I had created something gross but it turned out to be really really yummy.
Ingredients
1/2 lb. pasta
1/2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 jar Alfredo sauce
1/2 pkg. frozen peas
2-3 chicken breasts
grated cheese
Boil chicken and chop into bite size pieces.
Cook pasta, drain, and pour into 9x13 baking dish. Add Alfredo sauce.
Thaw and drain spinach and add to pasta. Add a few handfuls of peas and the chicken.
Mix it all together then top with grated cheese. (I used some slice provolone I needed to use up)
Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and bubbly.
