Chicken Cabbage Salad

I had this salad once at a baby shower. It was so good and I wanted to know how to make it. I never got the recipe but the other day I was telling my mom I needed to use up some cabbage and she told me to make this. I didn't know it was so easy. So, I kind of made up my own recipe. Please tell me if you have a good version of this dish. I would love suggestions.

Ingredients

2 Chicken Breast Boiled and Cubed
1/2 Head of Cabbage, Chopped (I actually only used about a quarter...it makes a lot!)
1 Pkg Ramen Noodles, Crushed up (any flavor would probably work, I used Oriental)
2 T Seasame Seeds, toasted
½ Cup Slivered Almonds, toasted

-Mix all together and toss with Dressing

Dressing

2 T Sugar
1/4 Cup Oil
3 T Rice Vinegar
1 Pkg Ramen Seasoning
1 t. Salt
1½ t. Pepper

-Mix all together, pour over Salad (I thought the dressing needed more flavor. I think next time I might add a little more sugar and maybe soy sauce? It was too oily (so I changed the original recipe from 1/2 cup to 1/4 cup). )
Make sure you use a big bowl because this makes a lot. The only bad part is it doesn't keep well for leftovers. Add the dressing right before serving. This is a great summer time meal!
