I've always wanted to make homemade ravioli but I have been scared. I saw on the food network how you can use won ton wrappers and it makes your life a little less scary. It was still a lot of work and I probably won't do it again but it was fun to try.

I don't really have a recipe. Basically I mixed some ricotta cheese, a little cottage cheese, spinach, basil leaves, shredded mozzarella, salt, and pepper. Then spoon a little mixture onto a wrapper and then wet your finger and wipe it around the edge of the wrapper and then press another wrapper on top. Only boil a few at a time so they don't stick to one another. Serve with your favorite sauce and some cheese.

Were they any better than store-bought ravioli?
Oh yeah, that is what I forgot to say. They weren't any better than store bought so that is the other thing that makes me not want to make them again. Actually, I think store bought is probably tastier:)
