My Famous Fudge

This fudge has never failed me. It is the recipe on the back of Marshmallow Cream. I make it every year around the holidays- usually more than once. I think next time I might put it in my 9x13 pan instead so it isn't as thick. Either way it tastes great!



My Famous Fudge (not really mine but I'm claiming it anyway:)

3 cups sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter
2/3 cup (5 oz.) evaporated milk
1 12 oz. package chocolate chips
1 jar (7 oz.) fluff...oh yeah, marshmallow cream:)
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat sugar, butter, milk to rolling boil. Boil for 4 minutes. Remove from heat and add fluff, chocolate, vanilla. Stir until all blended. Pour into 9x9 pan and spread evenly. Cool at least 4 hours before cutting.
