Party Hats
Again I have to give credit to Kayli. I got this idea from her. It is so fun to make them and figure out how to decorate the hat. To make them you just cut a half circle out of some sort of stiff paper (I used poster board), then you glue on decorative paper of your choice. Roll it into a cone shape and staple and glue to secure it. Then you can decorate it however you want. Oh, and the half is because these were for Chandler's half birthday.

I love them! Chandler's fluffy orange trim is so awesome, and then my next favorite is the one Steve wore, but I like how you did the ribbons on the top of yours too. So cool.
You can keep all the credit---I'm so glad you came and helped me with my sister's. Fun fun.
