Gooey Chocolate Cookies

These are SUPER easy to make and you can't mess them up. Another one that Steve loves but I don't care for as much. If you roll out small balls, you can make a lot so they are good for bringing to events. I got this recipe from my good friend Paula Dean:)

Ingredients

8 oz. package cream cheese at room temp.

1 stick butter at room temp.

1 egg

1 box chocolate cake mix (18 oz.)

1 tsp. vanilla


Mix everything together then put in fridge to chill for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll into balls and roll in powdered sugar then bake for 12 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
