Spider web cupcakes

So I know this is a little late but you can remember for next year:) I had to make some cupcakes for our churches trunk-or-treat. I wanted them to be fun Halloween ones. These were fun and cute and spooky all at once.
Ingredients

1 cake mix
favorite frosting
black decorating gel (found in cake decorating Wilton brand)
plastic spiders

Make the cake mix however you like it. I add pudding mix into it sometimes. Bake batter into cupcakes.

Once cupcakes are cool, you can frost them. I used my own homemade frosting. It's best if the frosting will run a tiny bit so it becomes smooth on top. Once you put the frosting on, take your gel tube and make one small circle on the top of your cupcake and then two more circles around that. Then take a toothpick and run it from the middle to the outside of the cupcake in multiple places so it looks like a web. Then I took a plastic spider ring and just stuck it into the cupcake.
