Dish Towels

For Christmas, I thought it would be fun to make all my sisters and sister-in-laws and mom and MIL some cute dish towels. I started off making two of each fabric and was going to give matching ones to each person. Then I thought it would be more fun to give them two different ones so there was more variety. So I mixed them all up and tried to guess what suited everyone's personality. I'm sorry if you didn't get ones you like. I think everyone loved them and I had a ton of fun making them. So, if you want more, just let me know what colors you want and I'll make them. Especially now that I have a new sewing machine!

Here is a tutorial for the towels.

I bought the waffle knit towels at Walmart for $3 for two of them. I never could find any white ones at Target. Oh, and make sure you wash the towels before you sew your fabric on. They shrink when you wash them.

*sorry I didn't get better pictures. It was late at night and I needed to get them packaged up so I could go to the post office first thing in the morning with all of them.

I loved my towels and would love more :) I know I could make them myself but I am just too lazy. Thanks so much. Also- I really like the actual towels. They are kind of grippy and great for the kitchen.
