Grilled Chicken
We eat a lot of chicken. Grilling it is one of my favorite ways to serve it. It can be paired with pasta or potatoes or for sandwiches or whatever. I don't really have a recipe but here is how I make my grilled chicken. Ingredients
Chicken breast
lemon juice
salt
pepper
any kind of chicken rub (I have Montreal Chicken seasoning and Fiesta Lime Chicken seasoning. I use both depending on what I'm feeling like.)
Put chicken in Ziploc bag. Put in a little lemon juice, and a little olive oil. Then sprinkle in all the seasonings. Just eyeball it all. I don't measure anything. Zip up the bag and rub the chicken all around. Let it sit until you are ready to grill.
Preheat your grill. Make sure it is nice and hot and put your chicken on. Turn it down and grill until juices run clear.
