Formal Wear

Here is Chandler's pimp pin stripped suit I made him. It was so much fun to make. The pants are a little big but I didn't want them to fit exactly anyway because I want him to be able to wear them for a long time. I am so proud of myself. The pants have real pockets in them and I actually figured out how to make button holes on the vest. It is so cute on him. I wish I could give you a pattern for it but I used one I found in my mom's attic that is super old. Look at the kids on the cover!!! Kind of funny......amazing that I made something look so different using the same exact pattern. Anyway, the vest was so easy to make. Anyone could do it if you know how to sew at all. The pants were a little more difficult. I have never used a pattern before so this was a new experience and it takes time to understand what everything means. I have gone and bought some skirt and dress patterns now to make me some clothes. Hopefully I will be able to show them off soon but I we will have to see how it goes:)
